yeaH! term BREAK-s!

yep! term break's really here! haha.. dunno why so excited.. perhaps i really needed a break.. and it has started off real gd!

yesterday was some yun mao chao's some ceremony.. abt this old man who donated money to Division of Chinese.. for scholarships.. so i suppose i'll nv be the recipient la.. went there to make up the no.. cox the media was supposed to be there.. muz support DoC! we muz make it strong and united! =) dunno y so enthu abt it.. but i hope it's a gd thing that i'm starting to feel smth for this course.. and so at the end of it.. we ended up talking to our profs.. trying to dig gossips out of them! haha.. it was quite a gd time to mix ard..

oh.. there were a few 'outsiders' ie not chinese course students who suddenly came and juz took some food from the reception table.. i was in utter shock.. horror wells.. not really horror..but definitely disgust.. bei si sorta confronted a guy.. asked him whether he's from chinese.. he's obviously not cox he's kinda 'dark'.. and he answered in eng when he was being asked in mandarin.. it's like duh.. chineseee.. shld at least noe how to speak chinese right.. i mean.. he's not even inivited.. don't even noe wat's happening.. all he cares abt is the food.. and pls be honest at the very least.. er.. there were some chinese.. as in chinese-chinese... it's obvious too cox we dun haf any of them in our course..

arghx.. anyway after the ceremony we went subway for dinner.. yeah.. kinda miss subway.. but i muz say that subway in us has got fresh-er veg.. as in they were really 'crispy'.. but it was fun to have dinner wif zhu yun and yee ling.. and of cox mei xin..ha..talked alot of rubbish.. gossiped too.. laughed lots..

Today (Sep 23rd 2006)
went crystal jade kitchen to celebrate rl's birthday.. though it's like 10 days late.. minzy and i went really early.. cox we were afraid we won't be able to get a table on time.. ya.. we had a ploy to make rl wait at the mrt station thinking that we were all late while at the same time the rest of us will be seated in the restaurant.. muz say that we managed to pull thru but it wasn't quite successful as it dragged damn long.. made alot of last min changes cox some ppl suddenly couldn't make it on time.. and we occupied the table (6 of us) for like 2hrs..? juz on waiting for the rest to come.. so pai seh cox there was a long q outside..and we ate the cake before we ordered anything.. the cake wasn't even from crystal jade! haha.. 1 waitress even asked us whether we were ready to order our food!

after lunch we couldn't really decide wat to do.. in the end.. we walked ard and watched John Tucker Must Die at Grand Cathay.. haha.. quite a gd movie if u wanna juz laugh it off.. well.. it's definitely better than the prev show (Love Wrecked) we watched..

though we didn't really do much.. but somehow it was a great day.. = o)
