me at Yoga's concert??

yes.. i actually attended Yoga's concert! in case u're wondering who's Yoga, he is campus superstar 宣传大使，林又加（林宥嘉).. ys last min had 8 tix to the concert.. so in the end i hada cancel dinner w the same grp of ppl for the 2nd time (yes.. v guilty for bang seh-ing.. come to think of it.. i haven't called to apologize to them yet..) to go for the concert..

"mummy, 我今晚去看concert, 会迟回"
"谁的concert?"
"林宥嘉"
"huh! 你懂他是谁吗？"
"懂啦..广告我们整天批评的那个咯.." (ok..this is how i identified him)
"这样也好看啊？"

my impression of him is a guy who talks monotonously.. kinda turned off when i saw him on tv.. wahaha!!

frankly.. i din even noe why i went for it..i wasn't expecting much from the concert.. prolly was curious how he is like when he really sings.. and wanted to give him another chance to prove himself (cox i'm obviously biased agst him).. afterall i haf my frenz to disturb if i get bored.. wahaha!!

so the concert started.. w a super uber long, draggy video which i cld barely make out wat he was mumbling..he wore weird costumes for the 1st few songs.. then he thanked the audience for turning up.. started to see him in a diff light after seeing him being so sincere.. yup.. he sounded sincere..

then came the eng songs!!! thank god!! finally smth i cld sing to! else i wld've been freakin bored!! he also sang some classic chinese songs that i cld click with.. er ya.. somehow if it's chinese songs.. it'll definitely be the classics.. yup.. for all his own songs.. had no idea what songs he sang.. no idea at all.. and.. till now.. none of them left an impression in me.. at least for now..

and the highlight(s) of the concert is Olivia Ong's guest appearance!! YEAH! man! her vocal's real gd!! BUT!! she only sang 1 eng song w Yoga and the 2nd one's the Peranakan OST.. arghx.. her voice is so.. clear.. can feel like u're swimming it..
for my frenz.. the highlight wld be SHE appearance.. they sang so many songs! at least more than olivia.. and my frenz simply went crazy during Superstar.. after that.. somebody actually started streaming out.. wahaha! obviously came for SHE only.. sad for Yoga tho..

then the concert came to an end.. but it didn't end.. think there were like 2 or 3 fake endings.. ie encore la.. encore so many times.. he juz went on and on.. but he juz din sing wat my frenz wanted to hear.. the 1st song they cld identify him with..

anyhowz.. Yoga.. wahaha.. wat a name.. well.. he ain't that bad i imagined him to be.. he cld be funny at times.. and most imptly, he was sincere.. ok la.. give him another chance.. oh.. & i initially thot he's a sporean.. oops..
